After a rocky season that saw multiple QB changes and injuries, the 'Skins are primed to compete. With aging All-Pro Donald Penn possibly leaving, and Josh Norman being released they have plenty of holes to fill. The biggest news though is the release of oft injured Tight End Jordan Reed. With a young signal caller at the helm, Rivera has to build a competitive team around him form scraps, can he do it?
